Therefore, the first step for the contractor is to find out whether the customer has the competence to work with information models. They should have a BIM department or at least specialists who can use the resulting model. If this is not the case, and the requirement for a 3D model is based on current trends, it is worth insisting on developing goal setting. In the absence of a clear explanation, you can continue to work in the usual format until mandatory requirements are approved by regulators.
