If you're a user of the Vtiger CRM Android app, you'll likely know that new updates have been released once or twice a month to complement changes to Vtiger CRM and build in functionality that we believe complements the mobile CRM experience. Today's update serves the latter purpose - we're excited to announce the inclusion of CRM push notifications in the latest version (2.8) of the app.
If push notifications and the corresponding workflows taiwanese numbers are set up correctly, then, for example, if a customer sends an email that automatically creates a ticket in Vtiger, a pop-up notification will appear on your mobile screen indicating this. Clicking on the notification will take you directly to the ticket detail view, ensuring faster response times. Push notifications can be applied to almost all notification types in Vtiger.
To enable push notifications, first download the latest version of the Android app. Push notifications also require creating a workflow in Vtiger CRM, with the task of the workflow being to create a "mobile push notification". In the Vtiger CRM Mobile app, a new "Notifications" menu item allows you to customize which notifications you want to receive in your mobile app, regardless of what the server sends.
In addition to the inclusion of push notifications in this update, the calendar list view UI has been overhauled.
