On the platform, go to the “Tools and applications” section and select “Email synchronization”
Click on the “ Add new account” button
A new window will open where you will need to enter the login credentials of the email account you want to sync with Pipedrive.
Once you have connected your email account, you will need to choose which of your emails should be synchronized on the platform . This process is only done the first time, so you will need to choose carefully:

All emails: With this choice every email in your account, both incoming and outgoing, will be synced to Pipedrive
Only emails with certain labels: Allows you to choose the greece business email database labels in your email and select the ones you want to sync with Pipedrive.
You can also choose when you want your emails to sync from (now, one month, three or 6 months ago), whether you only want emails with addresses associated with a contact in Pipedrive to sync, or whether everyone in your database has a tracking section, which will allow you to monitor whether the contact has opened your email, or even clicked on the links you've sent.
