Using the "Skorozvon" service as an example, you can create a project for automated mass calling. Go to the "Settings" menu, select the "Robot Calling" option, and then click the "Add Project" button.

General
Name: Enter a unique name for the project that involves using the robot for automated calls.

Description. The field is optional, you usa phone list can specify any information that you consider important and useful.

Active: Once the settings are saved and the contacts are loaded, automatic dialing will be initiated according to the set schedule.

Paused: The project is still being developed, but calls on this project will not be made until it becomes active.

Settings
Telephony. To display a specific number to the client during a call, specify it in the project settings. If this number has not yet been confirmed in the system, select the "Confirm" option, after which you must enter the code that will be sent to you during the verification call. It is possible to activate the "Number Carousel" function. Please note that using your own PBX to make calls is not supported.

Number of lines. You can set the number of calls made simultaneously from one to five. For maximum database run efficiency, it is recommended to set the highest value. If you plan to use the operator call transfer function, it is preferable to select a smaller number of calls so that operators can handle incoming calls in a timely manner.

The process of establishing a connection is divided into two stages:

connection to the operator's network, which takes from five to seven seconds, during which the called subscriber's telephone does not yet emit any beeps;

a call is made on the subscriber's device and an answer to the call is expected at this time.

The ideal length of time to establish contact with a customer is 23 seconds, during which the call should ring for between 16 and 18 seconds.

Configuration of the repeat call function:

The time of the first possible return call is set so that the client can be called back no earlier than a certain moment, and the time is chosen in accordance with the order of call distribution.

The interval until the next call is set separately, allowing for repeated contact with the client, bypassing the usual order of priority, after the specified period of time has passed.

The automated mass calling system will continue to contact the consumer until one of the following circumstances occurs:

reaches the call limit set for the client;

unsuccessfully attempts to establish contact due to the same problem several times in a row. The number of such attempts for each reason should be recorded in the "Attempts" column.

If the buyer has several contact numbers registered, the system will make calls to all numbers until the set conditions are met.

In this case:

the program organizes sequential calls for each of them, avoiding repeated calls to the same number without a break;

Once the limit of communication attempts for a given number is reached, the system automatically switches to the next number in the list, continuing the process until attempts for all specified phones are exhausted.
