Sample terms for granting a loan
The first appendix to the sample contract for the provision of credit broker services should be the terms of the loan, acceptable to the client, in the form of a separate form. This appendix should be agreed upon and signed by both parties - the broker and the client.

To complete the form, the borrower must provide the following employment data information:

Purpose of the loan;
Loan amount with indication of currency;
Loan term;
Maximum monthly payment amount;
Maximum allowed interest rate;
Possibility of early loan repayment.
Depending on the terms of the loan, the form may also contain information about the method of securing the loan or the ratio of monthly loan payments to the client's income.
