a. Click on the Services tab and in the window that appears, uncheck the Hide all Microsoft services box.
b. Then click the "Disable All" button.

3. Disable startup programs
a. Go to the Startup tab and launch Task Manager.

b. Disable all startup programs by right-clicking on each georgia telegram data program and selecting the "disable" option.

4. Save the changes you made, and then restart your computer.
5. After restarting your computer in clean boot mode, navigate to the location of the file. To do this, right-click on the file icon and select the "Delete" option. The application will ask you if you want to confirm the uninstall process, to uninstall the application, click "OK".
6. Return to the System Configuration window and on the General tab, select Normal startup. Then click OK.
7. Click Apply and OK to return to normal settings; restart your computer.
