You add information to Buffer

IFTTTIFTTT is great at connecting different apps. Thanks to such a connection, you can again have actions performed automatically. IFTTT stands for if this, then that. If you follow that train of thought, you can connect anything to anything.
Buffer
Buffer is a scheduler, a planner. (or uae telegram data have it added via IFTTT) and Buffer posts it on your behalf during the day and/or week on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn. This way you can generate a continuous stream of information instead of posting twenty messages at once.
