This is a practical exercise that I recommend you do if you are a beginner blogger. You will learn to write faster and take advantage of downtime.

This is an experiment and a practical exercise at the same time. The lines you are reading right now have been a test to find out how many words I would be able to write in just 10 minutes .

The vast majority of readers who are about to start or have just started their blog are faced with the great challenge of finding time to write. The daily grind seems to suffocate the initial enthusiasm for blogging because there are no ways to make time for it. In the few that you find, you also feel under pressure and are not able to write a single word.

I'll quickly describe the situation I'm in. The little one is taking a nap and could wake up at any moment. My wife and daughter are resting for a while watching cartoons. I went down to the living room because japanese phone number example in my "office" it was impossible to start writing because my daughter kept convincing herself that there was no need to plug the mouse into the laptop now. As I write this, I can hear the 8-month-old little one because he just woke up. My wife turns off the TV and goes to get him. I have about 2-3 minutes left until the "big one" who is 2 and a half years old realizes that I'm not playing with her. I look at the clock and I have less than 4 minutes left in this experiment.

I am writing all this to make you realize one thing. When you are under pressure you do things. You may not get the best result, but you do get one. “I made you a coffee,” says the big one. I lose about 10 seconds. No problem. When I have reached the end I will lightly edit the text, correcting the most serious errors without changing the sentences or the style chosen at the time of writing. My wife looks at me. She wants to go shopping. Pressure. In any case, there will be less than 2 minutes left to finish the experiment.

My advice: repeat this exercise at home. Find out how many words you can write. Repeat it once a week. You will see that you will improve each time. It is all a matter of practice. If you like, share your results with me here on this blog. Don't worry if you don't get many words at first. The timer rings, the 10 minutes are up.
