How it came about

A group of pioneers were already consciously working differently more than 20 years ago. SCRUM, DSDM, Extreme Programming, Adaptive Software Development, Crystal, Feature-driven development, Pragmatic Programming, and so on. They are all methods that were independently developed between 1980 and 1999 based on the personal experience of various experts. The common feature of the method is that they all strive for less bureaucracy and focus on delivering valuable solutions.
