The professional network LinkedIn has identified the 15 professional categories that have experienced the greatest change and growth in demand between April and October 2020, compared to the year before Covid-19. It is logical that certain professions stand out as they respond to changes in consumption and commercial needs as a result of the pandemic, both consumers and companies are trying to adapt to an environment that coexists with Covid-19, so new needs and, therefore, new opportunities arise. Let us not forget that the economy is a cycle of stages of crisis and boom, and it is in our hands to also take advantage of the hidden opportunities that are sometimes so difficult to see in a period of recession.
Ángel Sáenz de Cenzano, General Manager of LinkedIn Spain and Portugal, says: “ This unprecedented situation has undoubtedly caused a shift in the careers of many professionals, but it has also generated a wave of new opportunities. New jobs in education, e-commerce, healthcare, customer service and technology are in high demand, as organisations continue to adapt to the new reality, ongoing restrictions and changing consumer needs. With the creation of new jobs in our country, companies must rely on the experience of recruiters to take advantage of new sources of talent and benefit from a greater diversity of people and skills.”
