Collect Job Function Data
Capture job titles or select job functions during lead capture forms.

Use enrichment tools (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo) to fill in missing job function data.

2. Map Job Functions to Lead Quality Tiers
Not all job functions are equally valuable. For example:

High-value roles: Decision-makers and influencers (e.g., C-Level, Directors, Managers relevant to your product)

Medium-value roles: Users who influence purchasing but may not decide (e.g., Analysts, Specialists)

Low-value roles: Roles less likely to convert or outside your target market

3. Assign Scores Based on Job Function
