Use brainstorming, root-cause analysis, usa consumer mobile number list and customer feedback to generate improvement ideas.
Prioritize using an Impact vs. Effort matrix.
Step 6: Run Small Experiments
Use A/B testing or pilot programs. Example:
Try a new email script for 1 week
Test a new onboarding flow for 20 users
Switch to a new project management tool with one team
Document everything: hypothesis, execution, results.
Step 7: Evaluate and Learn
What worked? What didn’t? Why?
Celebrate wins, but also dissect failures. Feedback loops are key here.
Step 8: Standardize and Scale
If the experiment is successful:
Roll it out company-wide
Update SOPs, training, and documentation
Communicate changes clearly
If not, capture learnings and iterate.
