All those thoughts that your mind generated filled you with emotions that provoked an attitude in you... anxiety... stress, restlessness... reactivity, but nothing that has happened to you is real, it is only your reality, it is not what happens but what you do with what happens.

All those thoughts you create about the past and the future are illusory, but they condition your way of being, living and acting. They are the fruit of your “ego”, your mind is its voice.
Understanding that we are not that little voice that talks to us non-stop is essential to being able to have control. The first step is to calm your mind. You are the observer of your mind, you are the essential being.
Let's start by being able to observe them and we will understand.
I suggest you do a little conscious breathing exercise. How do you feel about it?
