ANDThe Council of Ministers has just approved a Royal Decree establishing the regulation of influencers , who have been technically named as "users of special relevance." This regulation specifies both the conditions that must be met for a user to be classified as an influencer, as well as the obligations to which they are subject.
The objective of this new regulation proposed by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service is to protect consumers and minors , seeking to follow the path of European regulations.
Who is affected by this regulation?
The Government has established three criteria that belarus number data the user must meet to fall within the definition of "influencer" or "user of special relevance" and, therefore, be subject to this regulation. These are:
Present income equal to or greater than €300,000 for that activity.
Have 1 million followers on a video platform, or the sum of all your followers on your different platforms is 2 million in total .
Publish at least 24 videos per year .
All those whose profile fits these requirements must register in the State Registry of Audiovisual Providers within a period of two months . To do so, you can access the following link .
