There are three key points to remember when doing growth hacking:

(1) Be aware of frameworks
①AARRR model
The "AARRR" model is a framework for analyzing the lesotho email address growth stages of a service based on user behavior.

The growth stages are divided into five phases: 1) Acquisition, 2) Activation, 3) Retention, 4) Referral, and 5) Revenue, and are named after the initials of each phase.

Let's briefly explain each phase using an app as an example.

1) Acquisition
Users learn about and download the app

2) Activation
Users are attracted to the app and actually use it

3) Retention
Users continue to use the app

4) Referral
Users recommend the app to their friends and acquaintances, who then download the app.

5) Revenue
Users pay through the app, such as by purchasing products or using paid services through the app

First, it’s important to understand which of these phases your app is currently in.

For example, if your biggest problem is not being able to acquire new users, you'll be in the "Acquisition" phase.

Then, think about what the challenges are and how you should tackle them in order to move on to the next phase.

You also need to clearly define the objectives and success criteria for each phase of the app.

②OODA Loop
When it comes to app growth hacking, it is important to first understand and analyze the current situation based on user behavior data.

The framework used in this case is called the OODA Loop.

The OODA Loop can be divided into four phases:

Observe
Orient (situation judgment, direction)
Decide
Act

The Japanese translation is easy to understand, so there is no need to go into the details.

As the name "loop" suggests, the OODA loop involves continuously rotating through these four phases.

Being aware of the OODA loop in each phase of the AARRR model leads to growth hacking.

After understanding the current state of your app using the AARRR model, constantly observe user data, the market, trends, competitors, etc., orient, decide what measures to take, and then Act.
