The number of companies using agile methods is growing steadily and there are several software applications on the market that specialize in agile project management. This trend does not seem to have fully arrived in German SMEs yet.

50% of companies are interested in (new) PM software and 46% are already using a solution. 22% of software users are satisfied with their solution and are not looking for an alternative. 23% of companies do not seem to be satisfied with the solution they are using and say they are interested in an alternative despite their current software usage.

28% of companies that do not use software for their project management are not interested in any. 27% of participants do not use software but would be interested in it. This result is also surprising: the low level of lebanon telegram data software use in German companies is not only due to a lack of specialist knowledge and difficulties in selecting and implementing software, but also to a lack of awareness and a lack of openness. In some companies, mapping processes in software would take a lot of time. This is another reason why there is often no interest in a PM solution.

70% of German SMEs would spend 10-50 euros per month on PM software

German companies are willing to spend between 10 and 50 euros per month on project management software. Most cloud-based project management solutions are in the price range of 15-30 euros per month. Many tools from the USA are even cheaper and offer their basic version for around 10 euros.

22% of companies would only consider free tools. Especially in the cloud project management market, there are many free solutions that are usually limited by the number of users and/or features. These tools are good for small companies and for getting started and trying out different products. If the company grows and needs additional users and features, it can pay to upgrade.
