Advice : Also, when creating a form, do not add a captcha. It is unlikely to protect the site from all intruders, but it can easily discourage a potential client from filling out the form.

Invite the user to leave a request
Yes, sometimes this is the simplest but most effective way - directly offer the site visitor to leave their request. For example, at the end of the text of the publication about the company's news or description of its services/products, you can offer to leave such an appeal to the company.
