During the program, it is continuously measured how active the participants are on social media channels and what this means for the reach of the employee and the organization. This shows that employees who have completed the program ensure significantly more online visibility. In addition, they are better informed about the developments within the field in which they work. Various examples also show that commercial opportunities are identified and seized earlier. Employees profile themselves as experts by sharing knowledge about their specialism, which also allows them to expand their personal online network. In the following paragraphs I will further explain the results with a number of quotes from participants of the program.

More visibility and interaction
The online activity (sharing and commenting) of employees on various channels increases significantly. For example, the activity on Twitter increased sixfold. This automatically means an increase in the reach of the messages. During the program, a group of just 20 employees creates an average of 90,000 impressions on Twitter.
