with 404 errors – an excessive number of 404 errors is a clue for Google that the website is poorly run and does not need to be displayed high. A user who encounters 404s will not stay on the website for long either. Check in Google Search Console whether your website does not contain incorrect linking (especially internal).
with too many comments - of course there is no rule saying how many comments are too many, but if most of your page is comment content then you may be at risk of Phantom2
