GOALS
Encourage registration for Direct Avantages by highlighting the many offers that can be used for end-of-year purchases.

Wanting to take advantage of the holiday season to taiwan contact number boost the number of memberships for its new loyalty program released in June 2023, the Direct Assurance teams collaborated with Sinch to design an innovative and engaging Rich SMS experience focused on the benefits of the Direct Avantages program. The latter offers, among other things, numerous discounts valid on brands favored by the French for their end-of-year purchases.

Customers were therefore invited to open the envelope and thus discover the partner offers through several blocks and carousels which all redirected to the Direct Assurances platform.

RESULTS

The campaign was sent to all Direct Assurance customers and the results far exceeded expectations, with a response rate of nearly 98% and a redirection rate on the platform of 49% (i.e. +64% of visits compared to email).

Direct Assurance observed a ROI of x300% thanks to purchases made by their customers following the sending of the campaign.
