The Importance of Digital Information Models in Design

In MegaMade, they are specially adapted for customers with different levels of understanding of BIM technologies, which minimizes labor costs for creating a digital model. At the same time, the development of machine-readable requirements is not yet being carried out.

Software Integration Issues
The choice of software depends on the specific tasks set for the team. Imported solutions are more convenient for complex projects with high requirements, while Russian products can be effective for individual design sections.

According to Yaroslav Demichev, their company has been using Autodesk products for a long time, including Civil 3D and Revit. This is due to the fact that at the time of BIM implementation in MegaMade, there were no domestic solutions on the Russian market that met all the needs of designers. Using a single ecosystem of products from one manufacturer simplified the processes of coordination and data exchange.

Today, Russia has solutions such as Renga, Robur, and KREDO. However, their functionality is still limited, especially in terms of working with linear objects. At the same time, these software products have convenient options for detailing models (for example, breaking down point elements into separate structures).
