Huh? Yes, one of the most valued by companies and also the ones we tend to talk about the least on our CV. It's not just about having an open profile on social networks like Instagram or Tik Tok . It's much more than that. It's a whole discipline in constant evolution, and it provides the world we live in with endless opportunities to network, do business or train in any area without leaving home.

First of all, let's start at the beginning.
What is a competence ?
We could define basic competences as the minimum knowledge or skills required to carry out a specific task or activity. According to the European Union, in the report “Key competences for jamaica phone data lifelong learning - A European framework”, 8 basic and essential competences were identified so that each individual could develop successfully as a person and as a professional.
These competencies are:
Competence in linguistic communication
Mathematical competence
Competence in knowledge and interaction with the physical world

Competence to learn to learn
Autonomy and personal initiative
This paper defines digital competence as: the basic skill in ICT (Information and Communication Technology), that is, the use of computers to obtain, evaluate, store, produce, present and exchange information, communicate and participate in collaborative networks via the Internet.
It is about being able to search for key or relevant information on each topic and, once we have it, convert it into knowledge that allows us to make decisions and, furthermore, share it with other people in the appropriate format for each of the communication media we are using.
