In our society there is a belief that the job of a teleoperator is low-skilled and that anyone can do it regardless of their training. Neither of these statements is true and we will prove it in this post.

The work of teleoperators is of utmost importance within the company, since the company's objectives depend largely on them. If they carry out their task well, the set objectives will be met successfully and probably before the established deadline. If they do it poorly, the objectives will not be met, the deadlines will not be met and the company will most likely need to make additional expenses that will affect the annual profit.

Fluent language

It is very important to have the gift of gab, to like talking and to know how to choose the right words so that our interlocutor feels comfortable and trusts us. Psychology

We must use a great deal of psychology over the telephone line, to know very quickly how to lead the person we are speaking to towards our objective. We must create in the interlocutor the need to acquire the product we are offering, persuading him that he really needs it, and for this, psychology is fundamental. We must be very attentive to the tone in which he speaks to us, to his answers and to his silences in order to use them skillfully and direct them towards our final objective. Of course, we must be aware of when a sale is going to be impossible and know when to cut the call politely so as not to annoy the interlocutor too much. Otherwise, we can be too heavy-handed and provoke a feeling of rejection in the person towards the brand we represent.
